Iran sold $11.5 billion worth of oil during the war that began on February 28 and another $6.5 billion during the ceasefire period, Reuters reported Saturday, citing Oil Minister Mohsen Paknejad.
The ceasefire began on April 7 and was declared over on July 10. The sales generated more than 60% of the oil revenue projected in Iran’s annual budget, Paknejad added.
